How did I get here?

When I was little I wanted to be a baker. Yes, a baker. Why? Because I simply loved bread, and I still do. However, when my mother explained to me that I had to wake up at four in the morning to make it, I automatically discarded that plan.

When I grew up I wanted to be a singer, dancer and/or actress because I really enjoyed doing all that and I ended up doing a higher cycle of Sound Technician. However, in the end, the instability of work in the sector and the lower quality of life associated with timetables made me rethink things.

Finally, I ended up working for a year and a half at Burger King. Now you may be wondering: How does someone who works in a fast food restaurant end up as a nutritionist? Well, it turns out that before COVID-19 I already started with digestive symptoms and already during the pandemic my symptoms got worse. I suffered from a lot of burping after meals and even on an empty stomach, a real ordeal. Later on, I started to suffer from heartburn, acidity and sometimes even regurgitation for 3 years.

During those 3 months of ERTE, I became interested in nutrition, cooking, health and trying to find a solution to my problems. It was at that moment, at the age of 23, that I decided to become a nutritionist and this is where my professional development began and until then I have not stopped studying and keeping up to date, reading scientific articles and books on nutrition.

Why trust me?

I graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics where I specialised in eating disorders (ED) and sports nutrition. Later, I did a specialisation in ED and a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and Digestive Pathologies. Honestly, I couldn't be more grateful to have chosen this path, I solved my digestive problems, I healed my relationship with food, and not least, I found a job that made me happy, helping people to improve their health and quality of life.

With all the experience I have gained working with patients, I want to help you achieve your goals in the most effective way, not only focusing on nutrition but also on everything that affects our digestive system and health: emotions, sleep and our environment. Yes, you heard right, health involves multiple areas that require attention, all of which we work on together in consultation.
