How can I request a consultation with you?

You can book a consultation through my website by going to the contact section and filling out the form, or via Instagram by sending a direct message to @dnherrerapuche. You can also email me at info@herrerapuche to ask any questions or request an initial consultation.

No, this information is not strictly necessary. For example, muscle mass gain can be known if you are getting better at performing exercises such as being able to do more reps or lift more weight. Also in the medium to long term you may notice more definition and more strength in your body. On the other hand, fat loss can be noticed in how your clothes fit, by measuring your body circumferences and how you feel in your body. As you can see, knowing your body composition is merely informative and estimatory.

You only need to be in a quiet place, free from distractions. If you already have any medical reports or recent test results, you can have them on hand so we can review them during the consultation, or you can send them to me in advance.

How long does a consultation last?

The first consultation usually lasts approximately 1 hour, depending on the complexity of the case it may take 5-10 minutes at most. The rest of the consultations last 30-45 minutes, depending on the need to clarify certain concepts or to emphasise certain issues.

Yes, all my plans are fully personalized, based on your needs, goals, and specific conditions. Every person is different, so I adapt the diet and approach to your lifestyle, preferences, and health objectives. I always aim to ensure you enjoy the plan, with tasty meals and a level of complexity adapted to your skills.

This will always depend on how you come into the consultation, which aspects we need to work on, and how you progress with the new goals we set together. Results are always the expected outcome, but it is important to focus on the process and enjoy it in order to maintain it long term. Becoming overly focused on physical results can lead you back to old habits and cause you to give up before reaching success. Value the changes you make in your habits.
