Currently, I live and work in the Munich area. I travel to your home with the necessary equipment to assess your health if you live in the areas of Fürstenfeldbruck, Eichenau, Puchheim, Aubing, Leinfelsstraße, Pasing, Laim, Hirschgarten, Donnersbergerbrücke, Hackerbrücke, or München Hbf. It is important to have a quiet space, a table, and a couple of chairs in order to carry out the consultation in the best possible way.
How do Home Consultations work?
Once you contact me or vice versa, we will talk about the reason for your consultation, how I can help you and we will arrange an appointment. I will send you a preliminary form to find out a little about your eating habits and to speed up the first consultation.
1. First nutritional consultation
This first consultation is an assessment consultation in which I will gather all the necessary data to understand your case in depth and create a personalised nutritional plan. My goal is to get a complete picture of your health and lifestyle in order to design a plan that perfectly suits your needs, routine and goals.
What shall I ask you?
- Medical history
- Diagnostics or tests
- Recent analytics
- List of medication and/or supplementation
- Your height
Finally, together we set tasks for the next session and I give you a personalised nutritional guide to work on until you receive your personalised nutritional plan.
2. Delivery of the personalised nutritional plan
The process of creating your plan will take at least 7 days. To do this, I use all the data collected during the first consultation and the form you provide me with about your likes and dislikes. In the second consultation, I’ll share your personalized plan with you. It will be easy to follow and sustainable, helping you reach your goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term.
What does your nutritional plan include?
- Meals and foods of your choice
- Personalised recommendations
- Recipe booklet and shopping list if needed
- Food list to make your plan more flexible
- Guideline of clear and achievable objectives
3. Follow-up consultations
Depending on your case and objective, we will carry out follow-up consultations every 2-3 weeks to see how you are doing, modify the plan if necessary and set new objectives. The duration of the process depends on each person and each case. For this reason, I offer vouchers for several sessions depending on the case.
Why is it necessary to work with bonds?
- Nutrition and behavioural change is a process that requires gradual adjustments.
- It allows you to work together to identify difficulties, reinforce positive behaviours, adjust goals and track your progress.
- Having regular sessions will help you to keep your motivation high and to feel supported in your process.
- Receive nutritional education during your process addressing the issues you need.
How do we measure your progress?
Weight and body composition analysis is really just one more way to measure your progress. However, progress can be measured in many other ways, for example:
- Symptom improvement (bathing, digestion, skin, pain, etc.)
- Energy level and sleep quality
- Body measurements
- How your clothes fit
Remember:The number on the scale is not the only indicator to evaluate your progress, but it is a piece of information I need to ensure that the nutritional plan fits your energy needs, every body is unique and responds differently to food and exercise.
Body composition analysis
At the first consultation and follow-ups we will perform a body composition analysis to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. I use the TANITA BC-601 bioimpedance scale, which offers high quality segmental technology for accurate and detailed measurements.
In addition, I also take your blood pressure and take your waist and hip measurements with a tape measure to check your progress in these parameters as well.
