El estr\u00e9s sostenido afecta tambi\u00e9n a la tiroides, disminuye la secreci\u00f3n de hormonas sexuales, altera el ciclo menstrual y debilita el sistema inmune. Dietas demasiado restrictivas Si has probado mil y una dieta restrictiva como \u00abla dieta de la pi\u00f1a\u00bb o \u00abla dieta de la alcachofa\u00bb d\u00e9jame decirte que lo \u00fanico que has conseguido es probablemente estar mal nutrida, perder l\u00edquidos, m\u00fasculo y grasa que se traduce en una p\u00e9rdida r\u00e1pida en la b\u00e1scula. Aunque parezca ir\u00f3nico, comer demasiado poco puede hacernos engordar a largo plazo.
